Visited this establishment at 6:00 a.m. Lights on, people inside, yet when I went through the drive-through, I was told they... were not open. When I asked when they would open, I was told when the second shift arrived. When I asked when that would be, Iwas told 10-15 minutes. Shouldn't advertise they are open 24 hours if they are not going to be, and not impressed with thereliability and commitment of the employers. Waste of my time to go there. Read more
Avoid coming to this location. Slow service,no dine in. when I placed my order through drive thru employee advised I could not... order 20 tacos because they were short staff and the cars in front of me had ordered too much food. Which is not my problem.when I picked my order at the window an employee was just standing. Last Jack in the Box I have stopped before at anotherlocation were able to make me an order of 40 tacos with no issues. I am guessing since they were all hispanic employee its doesmake a huge difference lol.. this place should just close. Read more
Every time I have tried to come here the lobby is always locked, yet people are inside eating just staring at you. When you go... through the drive through, the staff is rude, they get the order wrong, and then give you attitude when you try and get itfixed. Have tried several times at this place, so I now just drive 5 miles further down the road to another for completelyopposite and better experience. Read more
No tacos. Over salted fries. Wrong burgers. Ordered triple bacon cheery burger Only had 2 meats n Zero Bacon with American... cheese. Not to mention waited 15+ mins for the food to get the wrong order ???? even got wrong drinks ???? Read more
