Witnessed one of the employees (white girl with long light brown hair) completely neglect her dog in her car (red Subaru,... license plate FMZ-6015) while inside this location today. She left her dog panting inside her car for at least fifteen minutesin 95 degree weather (120 degrees inside that car). I have reported her to both the police and animal rescue, but am extremelydisheartened to know that Jersey Mikes not only employs such a careless, thoughtless individual, but allows something like thisto happen at their location. I have been visiting this location for a while now (I live closeby) and always had a good experience... until yesterday. I... processed my order through the app as usual for curbside pickup (due to health restrictions I chose not to go into thelocation). Order was expected to be ready by 7:15PM, checked in and waited but nothing happened, so I called in at 7:45PM. Theyfinally took the order to my car (no explanation or apology was given for the delay). After arriving at my house, I realized theorder was also incomplete... two regular subs were purchased and only got one, the one my wife asked for.
