I usually go to a different Starbucks but it was out of my route today so I decided to stop here. Big mistake! Literally... everyday I order the SAME thing. Trenta Pink Drink, No Ice. I?ve NEVER had an issue. At this location, I was informed that thebaristas are not allowed to fill the cup all the way if you request No ice. So you are telling me that I pay $6 a drink and youcan?t even fill the cup up because I didn?t want ice?? Won?t stop here again. Read more
I should know better than to expect a good 5 dollar coffee from a Harris Teeter based Starbucks but I?ve been proven wrong... before. Definitely an inconvenience for them when I asked for the drink to be remade and it was still wrong the second time. If you have a desire for decent coffee do not go here, you will disappointed. This is my least favorite Starbucks to go to. Today just topped it off. A waited a few minutes before anyone greeted me. Then... the barista Kaitlyn came to the counter no greet or smile. She looked as if she had an attitude I was there. Very dry andunpleasant. I politely ask for my drink with light ice and she purposely put extra ice because I?ve been there before and knowthat?s not the scooper they use for light ice. I should?ve just gave it back to her. I visited Starbucks recently and one of the baristas, Jocelyn, was extremely friendly. She gave me a great smile and an amazing... service. One of her co-workers had a question about one of her tasks and she made a great effort to help. It was a great exampleof professionalism that I wish everyone would display in public workplaces.
