The food is usually fine, but the service is usually terrible. I've stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before being... acknowledged before. And usually when someone eventually helps me, they just walk up to the register and stare at me, not even ahello. Same situation when I'm handed my food as well. Today, I thought I'd order ahead on the app, but I accidentally placedthe order too early and the app says to call the location I placed the order at to cancel. The girl on the phone said shecouldn't...I explained what the app said and she kept repeating that they couldn't, and then eventually it turned to "I have noidea how to do that"...I literally said "wow" because I wasn't sure what else to say. I asked for a manager and she said she wasone. I sat there kind of shocked in silence, saying "so there's nothing you can do to help me" and she said "no ma'am". Shocked,I was silent for a moment and then click, she hung up. I had to call back, and now was told I needed to just come in. I said"what happens when I come in if you can't help me now?" and she said she had no idea. Then she said "that's just what the othermanager told me"...awesome business being run there. Miraculously, somehow they were able to process my refund over the phoneafter I kept asking. I fully intended to replace my order, but now I think I'll be going somewhere else. Read more
