Wanted to try their mozzo mushroom burger. I asked the employee what the difference is with the mozzo mama and uncle burger. He... said it was the difference in patty size. REALLY rude staff, bordering on downright ignorant. The gentleman that was running the till rang everything up individually when... I specifically asked for a combo. When I asked him about this he started making excuses and then I told him that this is frog.So he finally ranges up properly. So this seems to me like they're doing this to a lot of people to make a little bit moremoney. As well the floor is filthy, you have to ask for anything. They weren't going to give me napkins, I asked for a fork togave me a spoon. I asked why did you give me a spoon and I was told it was for the gravy. I said well what do you mean for thegravy? I was told that you used to spoon so you could eat the crazy. I asked for a fork and they said they didn't have any andthen I pointed out I can see the bin with the forks man I have a court case so they gave me a fourth. Initial impression was good since cashier was nice and they provided free root beer for giving a Google review. However, after... ordering, my order was not called upon until I followed up with my receipt. My order was not even on the black order screenanymore. I appreciated how the cashier quickly tried to grab my order, but she grabbed the apple turnovers with her bare hands!I didn?t want to point her out on the spot and waited again for my order, but tongs were right by the fryer as I saw anotherstaff grabbed them with tongs.
