Greatvtasting drinks price is fair compared tk other bars in area.
Food - Chatime is like Mcdonalds. They are always open, they have drinks you would expect from a bbt, and there are so many... franchises. You will sure find a drink you like! Service - The staff are always quick and friendly. I have no complaints here.However, their rewards program has been nerfed. It's no longer the amazing reward program it use to be. Me and my daughter are Chatime fanatic. I order Chatime minimum 4 times a week and I go to different locations. I went to this... location this weekend and I did not like how the workers treated me. Rude. I was asking for a bag for my teas but they said Ihave to pay 15 cents for it. All the Chatime I go to, bag is free. Tried telling them that, workers gave attitude and startedarguing. My point is, why this location is different from the others? Is the owner that cheap? Also, workers should have propertraining when handling customers. Read more
Normally I order from this place through food delivery apps to my workplace or home, always ordering 4-7 drinks depending who... wants chatime that day. So I came in twice on separate occasions after work to order 7 large bubble tea drinks. what I don'tunderstand on 2 separate occassions is why the staff handling the cashier is very snarky and rude, like I'm coming to pay $53.00for drinks and its always a big order not a measly single drink and customer service at this place is rude? idk, probaly betteroff going to TP Tea or Gongcha or something if this is how they always approach paying customers, like I can understand if Icame at the cashier rudely or something but I haven't even done anything to the cashier Read more

This was the worst experience ever. We ordered 3 drinks, one was Matcha Milk Tea hot, two were triple milk tea with Crystal... Boba, 50% honey. When we picked up the drinks and went to our car, the hot tea cover lid popped up suddenly ( I checked, the lidand it wasn?t closed properly, it was halfway opened!), and it spilled all around my car seat and my son who was holding theburning tea. Also the triple milk tea we usually order, which was missing Crystal Boba. When we called the store and reportedthe issue, the front desk(female) listened to our complaints very patiently and apologized to us, and said she will re-make allthree drinks for us. We understand everyone can make mistakes, with this quick response and excellent customer service, theydeserve a second chance. This is our first time we made a complaint and we were so glad to hear what they promised to do. So wewent back which took 25 mins driving and thought we were going to get our bubble teas replaced. Unfortunately, the guy whoclaims to be the manager of the store showed up in the front desk, and as expected they did replace the hot drink, but insteadof replacing the other drinks they decided to give us a cup of crystal boba??? My husband was so mad because the girl whoanswered the phone, promised to remake all drinks. If we knew that they would just gave us a cup of Boba, we wouldn?t drive 25mins all the way back to the store, wasting our time and gas! Also the manger's attitude was so rude and unprofessional. He didnot even say sorry for the hot drink spilled all over my car seat and my son! We were so disappointed and you know what, we arenot coming back any more. I don't need your Boba, and I don't need your offer for 1 dollar refund. I just want to let morepeople know how you treat your customers with such unrespectful attitude.
