Enjoyed the Chong Qing Minced Pork with Peas, Noodles for Meat Lovers, Minced Meat Mifan, and Salty Crispy Chicken. As much as I... love the Sichuan peppers taste, ordered less spicy rice noodles, and the soup was still quite spicy and full flavoured. Go easyon the spicy and numbness level if you generally prefer mild. There are noodle choices of egg noodle, rice noodle and sweetpotato noodles. Tasty noodles, efficient service, open late. Will return to try other dishes. Read more

First time trying this kind of noodle and it was good. I got the marinated pork belly noodle soup. The egg noodles were perfect... with the broth. I am not a big spicy fan so I got little spicy. I do have to say even for a little bit of spicy it was spicy forme. I am also a bit confused with the ?numbing? option. Overall really good and I will probably come try a different dish nexttime. Also tried dumplings and the crispy chicken. The dumplings were just okay, would not order again. For some reason theywere gooey? The soy sauce it comes with is also way too salty, may I suggest a vinegar instead. Crispy chicken was good butneeds a mayo. Read more

Had a really tasty lunch here. I ordered dry noodles with pork and peas (numbing and spicy) with a peach yakult. It was really... neat to order direct to your table from your phone. The portions were nice and hearty; everything was well seasoned anddelightfully spicy. The only downside to dining here was cash and debit only. Read more

1st time to try Hey Noodles. It?s a very nice restaurant, clean and staff is really patient and welcoming. Food wise, it?s... really good. Big serving portion, great prices and tastes great too. You can choose the noodle type, seasoning, spice level andother toppings. Pork belly is tasty and tender. They have the unlimited refill on noodles(only) for selected dishes. We alsoloved the Crispy chicken. Not too salty and very crunchy. Soup is tasty and hearty. Deep fried buns were great too. Therestaurant is spacious and accessible. Washrooms were clean, no changing pad. Payment- Credit card ( visa/mastercard), debitand cash. Location- just across Vaughan mills. It?s in a very nice plaza with ample parking spaces. Will definitely go backagain. Read more

Hey Noodles! We were glad to find their signage pop up near Vaughan Mills. It's unfortunate that shortly after their grand... opening, dine-in was shuttered by COVID-19 safety measures and business hasn't picked up yet. Good thing is they do make takeoutquite accessible. The specialty here is the Chongqing street noodles. Rich hot chili broth is filled with numbing peppercornsand garnishes for extra flavor. It supposedly took over 80 recipe variations to arrive at what they felt was "the one." Eachbowl has multiple noodle options including sweet potato vermicelli which is becoming popular these days. The Szechuan-stylenoodle soup goes well on its own, or with protein options such as pork bellies, ribs, minced meat or marinate egg. For dine-in,there's unlimited noodle refills. In the meantime, they offer takeout specials and even donated food to a local hospital sokudos to them! The spicy wontons are also a hit while rice dishes are less popular offerings. After all, it is a noodle shop. And brown sugar rice jelly or Yakult milk drinks are refreshing if you don't mind overly sweet dessert / drink options. Takeoutis not quite as tasty as dine-in but is well-packed and generously portioned. Staff do a great job of safety precautions. Read more
