I've been here three times now in the morning but nothing is ready when they open!! Why open the store at 9am if staff is not... ready to take orders?? Why not open the store at 9:30 instead or ask the staff members to come in early to prep and get thekitchen ready? Where's the logic? Read more
placed an online order today and when i got to the store, the lady said she didn't get the order and so my sandwiches weren't... made. i told her that it's been paid for and i got order confirmation, she proceeded to help other customers instead of checkingher systems. when i asked her again, she told me to call Subway and get a refund. i told her to check her system to find myorder and of course it was there. what was suppose to be a quick 5 minute pick up turned out to be a 40 minute wait for my orderbecause she decided to help everyone else who came in AFTER me. considering it was lunch hour in this busy area, i'm not surewhy there was only one staff working. will drive further to avoid this location and their rude and unhelpful staff.
