The staff here was so amazing! My husband and I had stopped in for a quick snack today at Wendy?s and Tim Hortons with our two... year old. He ran in to the young lady washing the floors at Tim Hortons and he had a long babble at her. She was so sweet! People this Tim Horton?s service is horrible. They cannot get an order correctly. I asked for a plain croissant with only hot... bacon not with egg and I got egg. So clearly they don?t understand when you say bacon and not mention egg that a person doesn?twant egg. Then they argue when I specifically also asked for 2 bacon and egg sandwich on an English muffin. They only put only1 and I?m telling them I asked for 2. Nevertheless they gave me the second one. Then as I am leaving I hear them talking. Issue they don?t understand and don?t admit to their mistake. This is just in one day. I have been to a lot of Tim Hortons butthis has to be one of the worst. Speak English and understand your customers. Read more
