Highly disappointed.. Sushi NOT up-to-par, tasted old, definitely not fresh, color of fish was off. Rice was okay, just dubious... of the fish. Rolls weren't made properly. Menu said one thing, actual roll not what advertised. First picture was fish used ona Rainbow Roll.. Read more

The shrimp and scallops smelled and tasted old, $30 plates, afraid to eat any more because they were mixed with everything else.... So disappointed, it was my birthday. They gave a discount, but our meals were ruined, and my stomach is rumbling already. Theydon't deserve a star, never going there again. Read more

Food was terrible. Spent 65$ on two fancy sushi rolls a hibichi and a soup. It was all terrible. I didn't get the roll I... ordered. I got a tempura roll instead. Very disappointed in that considering i don't eat fried or breaded stuff. My other rollsucked too. My partner got rotten broccoli in his meal. Just terrible. When I called the guy that answered he wasn't evenapologetic or offered anything different. Read more

Went in today because I was craving Sushi. Guess what, no one is on staff at this time to make sushi. Ok, I will change it up to... Hot Wings. Nope, no Hot Wings in the kitchen to be cooked. I felt bad for our waitress left to face customers and tell them whatis left to order. I ended up settling on a beef dish that didn't taste fresh. Again, I dont blame the waitress. She did what shecould with what little she was given. I speak to the manager and simply ask why they couldn't hang a simple sign telling folksbefore they come into a Japanese restaurant that sushi is not available until after a certain time when the sushi chef comes in.She tells me "yeah, next time I do this". Next time? No, you are the manager, do it now. Do your job and inform the customer. Atthe very least, say you are sorry for your lack of ability and make it up to the customer. While the manager is at it, make itup to your waitress for making her job so hard with your lack of ability to do your job. I understand labor shortages and supplychain issues. What I dont understand is management that wants to coast thru their job on a day to day basis, pawning all theproblems off on the wait staff and cooks. DO YOU JOB OR QUIT AND LET SOMEONE ELSE WHO DOES CARE HAVE IT. The real kicker, afterexplaining to the manager how disappointing the meal was, she still charged us full price. Read more
