We have never had a problem at this location other than the wait, until today. Generally we get in line to ensure the portion... size is what we are paying for, but because this location focuses ONLY on mobile orders (I have waited 30+ min as the SECONDperson in line) we decided to try the mobile ordering. We got home and realized the bowl was essentially empty. Seemed to be1/4 the normal size of each portion. Can?t win here. Read more
I ordered on uber eats and they forgot 2x kids chips, 2x kids drinks, and they sent me a TINY burrito. Ive eaten chipotle... hundreds of times and the burrito has always been twice the size of what i received today. The burrito in the pic is supposedto be steak with basically everything except queso. Eaten at this location several times and it just keeps on going downhill. Today my carne asada was nothing but fat and cut in... big long slices instead of smaller chunks. I have attached a pic of some of the fat chunks I took out. Sadly, this locationcontinues to get lazier and lazier. Read more

Not sure if it is standard operating procedure for them to use ingredients from the previous day, but I just visited shortly... after they opened for the day and as part of my order I got some very questionable guacamole as well as some (for a lack of abetter adjective) flat queso. Both must have been repurposed from the day before? I dropped almost $30 for a burrito and bowland the disappointment hurts . See sad guacamole picture below. ???? Read more
