Nice new Little Caesar?s clean, fast. Employees are very respectful.
This place first needs more employees working. Hardly 3 people working during Sunday nights is not helping. Placed online order... at 7 pm, went to the store after 7:30. There were easily 7-8 people waiting in the store and few more outside in the cars. SethR who is picking the pizzas from the belt and putting into boxes had no time to ask for new customers if they are ordering nowor have already ordered. After 10 mins i approached him told my last name to confirm if they are working on my order he wentinto check and then did not come back for next 5 mins easily. Other guests pizzas were ready so i moved back towards the wallhoping my pizza is being done. Probably after 8 pm i asked him again about my pizza, he then asked about it to the lady workinginside. She replied because its a deep dish they did not start it. They are only doing regular pizzas because they are easy andhave no time for deep dish pizzas. Seriously!!! This lady now shifted to the front because Seth R said he would start doing thedough for deep dish and it would take 20-25 mins for my pizza. She offered my money back, It was already late I wasn't in a moodto go for other stores that late, told her i can take a regular pizza instead of Deep Dish. in exactly 15 mins i got my pizza,asked for a refund on my deep dish and paid for my regular. We recently moved into Harper's Preserve and I got a similar storyfrom another neighbor here. If the management has any interest in running a successful business they should first hire morestaff. Cant blame the employees for this ordeal but lack of planning by the management. I like Little Caesars pizzas bettercompared to Papa Johns which is also close by (just my taste) but for now have decided to get my pizzas else where. Read more
Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas 5.99 each and wings 7.99. Ordering delivery through the app is very easy. They quoted a time and sent... me texts to update me. Door dash delivery was early and they followed no contact directions. From order to door delivery ittook less than 30 minutes. The pizzas and wings were still hot when we took our first bites and the food exceeded myexpectations. Great value and service. I will definitely order again. Read more
