This BBQ restaurant offers the most consistent food ever. For years they have provided the community with excellent options.... This location is the former Luther's BBQ. The manager is still there and he provides awesome service and makes sure thecustomers are well taken care of. The meat here is prepared on-site. You can watch it being seasoned and placed in the cookerswhile you stand in line. The brisket is very good as well as the ribs. I think the chicken is the best of any I've had. It isnever dry and has a great flavor. They have a variety of vegetables as sides. The baked potatoes are huge! A plus is that thetea here is good as well. This location also has a drive through. I have enjoyed Pappas BBQ for many years. Though it is not my favorite brisket, if I can't visit Corkscrew in Old Town Spring... for brisket, it is the best compared to other BBQ joints in the area. I do like the sliced brisket sandwich on jalapeño cheesebread but I will get it in untoasted bread next time as I didn't like the coating used for toasting it. The loaded bakedpotato that my wife got was the best one she has gotten anywhere as it was very generous with the fixings. I easily recommendthis place for BBQ in this local area. Read more
