I walked during dinner time and waited at the registers for a several minutes. There were 3 people working the front plus at... least 1 in the back office but no one came to take my order. It was not that crowded or busy, either. I finally gave up andleft. Read more
Burgers were good as usual. The lady taking our order looked like she hated everyone. They didn?t have peanut butter shakes.
Food = amazing. Service = quick. The person is the register had a long face. Not friendly at all. I mean, we can have days but... she was just not having good experience. Last night was my first time trying Five guys- I was starving, it was after 9pm, I saw a five guys and thought id give it a try?... The staff here was SO pleasant. It was late at night; they were cleaning and closing up, communication between them seemedfluid, and EVERY interaction I had with a team member included a welcoming smile.
