Would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the sevice. Ordered food pulled up to the window paid. 15 minutes later the same woman... who took my money comes back to the window and ask what are you waiting on? 10 minutes later she comes back hands me my food. I would give this less than one stars. Went through the drive-thru ordered the gizzards my husband ordered the chicken strips.... Got home I ended up with a box full of livers which I cannot stand, and my husband only had two edible tenders out of the wholebox the rest of them were hardened crispy you couldn't even chew them. Called back up there to let the manager know that therewas an issue she hung up on us. When my husband tried to call up there they picked up the phone and hung it up withoutanswering. Stated she was the manager, wouldn't do anything about it. This will be the last time we ever go to Chicken Expressin Conway. I advise everyone to steer clear. Read more
Wow!!! I've been searching for good gizzards, and I found them...FINALLY!!! I ordered the 18-piece with a side of gravy. They... were fresh, hot, crispy, well-seasoned and plentiful! (This is true for both the Conway and Bryant locations.) Read more
The food was ok could've been a little fresher but they threw in a couple extra strips. The customer service though made up for... everything else. It was a friendly atmosphere and they have some of the best spicy chicken strips out there. I recommend tryingchicken express. Read more

I love Chicken Express. Sadly this one lacks in many ways. Order started out with a not sp friendly lady. Then we got our meal... and after we drove away we realized no napkins? That tan into the drink was also low on ice, the chicken tenders themselves weredry and tasted old. Final straw was that everything, roll and tenders and mash potatoes, were all barely warm.
