Poor service and about as bad for food. Ordered mini fillet and paid for 10 oz. Never asked about refills. Steak was perfect... except for taste. ..ugh.. Had side salad - got it after we had been eating for several minutes. The bacon used in the salad andbaked potato was not edible. Gave it a 3, but probably should have been lower. Sad. We were looking forward to eating there, but won't go back. PS...we love Big John, but he needs to take a look. Read more

Stopped here for brunch between baseball games--great choice! Our waitress, Logan, did an excellent job. Their build-your-own... Bloody Mary bar is fantastic, and the mimosa bucket has got to be the best deal I've seen. I had the wild mushroom tart, myhusband had the Monte Crisco, and our ball player had some waffles. Mixed experience but not worth price! Pros: This place has a very nice atmosphere with live music and a good layout. It is clean... and classy for sure! Their menu is extensive and their steaks have great flavor and spice! Good appetizers and drinks aswell. Cons: Anything but their appetizers and steaks are horrible! I took one bite of my loaded mashed potatoes and couldn'tfinish the rest. How do you mess up something loaded with cheese and bacon? Our waitress was decently attentive but had no clueabout the menu and was not very professional. And finally, their prices are outrageous! There is no meal on their menu that isworth the price they ask! I have no problem paying $40 for a good steak dinner but you can get a much better meal down thestreet for less! I will not be returning and will keep to Mikes Place if I want a steak in Conway. Read more
