Awful. I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband and father ordered the etouffee....each got barely five bites of food on their... plates. I got the Cajun pasta, which was a bowl of sauce with half a dozen noodles. They were out of half the items on the menu.The staff could've cared less. Welcome to Roux's where we don't care about service and taking care of the customer! We are understaffed and could honestly... could care less if you get your drinks, food or ticket in a decent amount of time! We like for it to take at least 15-20 minutesfor you you to be seated that way your at peak frustration when you're seated! Then when you're seated and you think wow nowit's going my way, nope we want you to wait another 20-30 minutes so you're officially nice steaming mad! Now we want you towait at least 20-30 minute for refills, or hell just to catch a glimpse of your waiter darting into the kitchen so they don'thave help you! Now that you've been here for 2-3 hours and are thoroughly pissed we would like you to meet our douche of a GMand he would like to tell you how everyone in that restaurant is a "dumbass" except for him! Wow what a great guy! So if you'rein Conway and wanna delay your evening for 2-3 hours, have mediocre food, and be ultimately pissed ready to walk out in front ofa moving car and just end it all, come down to Roux's! My server, Cody, carried the entire team last night and needs to be managing ASAP. Cody was very attentive and personable and... if you eat there I highly recommend him to be your server. We waited 15 minutes to be seated because the host was taking drinkorders when the restaurant was not that busy. The other two servers on the floor were doing a lot of standing around talking.The floor manager was very frazzled due to the large amount of angry customers waiting for 2 hours on everything as did we. TheGM was in the back cooking and when he came out to talk to us he was quick to blame the employees but it was clear they were nottrained properly and were not being directed as needed. There was no control on the chaos and they were not prepared. The placehas a lot of potential. The food was great and our server was wonderful but the lack of teamwork took a huge toll on everyonesservice. Read more

I go there often sometimes to eat love everything I've ever ordered. I know places can't please everyone but I enjoy the... atmosphere, I've meet some really nice people while playing pool. And It is spacious for those special gathering. Sometime theyare short staffed and that seems to cause problem but other than that if u haven't tried give it a shot I really like thegarbage burgery. I wanted to like this place. It?s close to where we live with potential for a step up from Fast food surrounding us. ... Unfortunately whether we eat in or order take out it has been disappointing. I ordered a bowl of Sausage and chicken gumbo, itwas packaged in a foil no sealing container and half of it spilled into the bag. The other half was just bad. Gumbo starts witha good roux. I can?t believe that this one had that beginning. It was thin and greasy. And 4 little bits of sausage and nochicken in site. In addition to the Cajun menu they have burgers and pizza and bar food and several other things. Pick a typeand do it well. Forget making the waitstaff take orders without writing it all down and upgrade the food. Hope they can make itwork. It?s got a good sport bar vibe. Read more
