I came in at night thinking it would be less busy, nobody said hello to me, I waited at the counter for someone to take my... order, nobody looked up from their devices to even acknowledge my existence. It took almost 15 minutes for me to get my twodrinks because they kept going on their phones during my order and one employee was even playing a game on her nintendo! Veryunacceptable. This place has turned into a joke?. Employees are rude, loud and obnoxious. I couldn?t enjoy my coffee in the cafe because of... all the gossiping about their coworkers. Saying such hateful things. I also sat at the drive thru speaker 10 minutes beforeclosing?. Nobody answered me and I just watched the person inside close all of the shades like they didn?t see me. If you wantan overpriced cup of coffee served with an attitude while they whisper about you on the headset, then by all means go here. Ican?t even call and complain because they all have fake names on their tags! It used to be such a nice place where you wouldfeel warm and welcome?. All of the good ones are gone. ( Edited ) So I decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt andwent back. ( Dumb idea ) Baristas were rude as usual. Coffee was luke warm at best. ( Wrong coffee at that ). The place hasreally gone downhill since Dana and Peyton left. I absolutely will not be back. I'd rather drink stale gas station coffee. Read more
