They didn't have anything. They didn't even have all the kinds of chicken that I wanted. They had one mashed potato. No shrimp... no mac and cheese. And we had to wait 20 minutes. Terrible terrible terrible this location is the worst. This owner is theworst. I called their corporate office. I got comp free food and they still didn't have it. Last chance I give this place. Every time I go there they forget something on my order. The staff was rude. No Thank you. No... sorry. Poor customer service. They left a breast out of my box of chicken. If you?re out of something tell me. Just don?t putsomething in its place. They are charging extra for Mac and cheese for a side. Didn?t see that anywhere on the menu. They needbetter training . The chicken has went down hill. One thing I don?t tolerate is someone not thanking me for their overpricedfood. Won?t be back. The only 3 times I have been to conway Popeyes, I had very poor experiences. The wait is always long and that is IF they even... have what you want. Considering all 3 times the order had to be changed because they're always out of something. It is cleanthough. Air-condition works good. No frills, run of the mill fast food chicken chain. Coupon got me in the door and for less than $6 I got two pieces of chicken... (more like one and a half), a side and a biscuit. Chicken was hot and crispy, mac and cheese simple but creamy and a decentbiscuit without butter edible. Soda machines were out of order and ever conceivable condiment, napkins and silverware were emptyholes in the counter next to the trash receptacles. Had to make a couple trips to the order counter to get napkins and a fork.Service was friendly and fast. Course, I was the only one in the place. Food is not grate here. Please don't loose interest in Popeyes because of this location. I noticed they got new staff and that... was very much needed but chicken is still under fed and breading on skin is still generous. I think I've been here about fivetimes and 2 out of 5 they were out of chicken or something on their menu well before closing. Also biscuits were not soft buthard and crunchy.
