Ordered pizza. It never came. I called the store and was informed my order was COMPLETED. The delivery driver went to the wrong... address but I was never contacted. I asked for a refund which the young lady said I couldn?t get bc my order was COMPLETE. Shewas rude and hung up in my face. I drove to the restaurant to speak to the manager, which was nice. She voided my transactionand gave me the GM number. Even talking to him was a fail. I realized why the store has rude employees. He seemed veryuninterested about the situation. They need to do better as a whole. Read more

I ordered my pizza at 9:50, the driver came to my house and waited for a bit and then drove off with my pizza. I paid in cash... so I didn?t lose anything but I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this interaction. Its currently 10:26 and I still have no pizza. Read more
Ordered today from Covington Ga location on hwy 278. My delivery specifically said NO contact please leave at door. The driver... just kept ringing the doorbell and standing outside. I don't understand. I paid, I left a good tip, and the driver couldn'tfollow instructions. So frustrating. Read more
