Sometimes you just have to stop what you?re doing to be sure to tell a business that they?re doing it right!! Proper BBQ!! First... visit today but have been anticipating for quite awhile. I love good bbq, especially ribs but hate them covered in a lacqueredand sticky bbq sauce. I was apprehensive being in kind of the middle of nowhere in NJ (near where I live). Ribs were dryrubbed with just enough sweetness and the meat was perfectly juicy and came off the bone with ease! Flavor was of pork and notcompletely covered by sauce and spice! I got the vinegar based Carolina sauce on the side which I readily dipped into over andover again?nice tart vinegar tang, spice a tad of sweetness and celery seasoning on the finish.
