Very rude staff,, name is Kevin (if he provided his name correctly - he was working on Oct 10, 2022 evening shift around 5:30)... he does not know how to behave with customers, insulted me, kept me waiting for 10 minutes to just take an order and rudelyasked to come and work there if I am not happy with the service!!!!! Never seen such a rude staff in Canada and for sure nevercome back to this place. I am really surprised how he is hired in Tim Hortons as they always have nice staff. He did not evenprovide the manager phone number to talk and introduced himself as a manager which I do not believe he is. Legal action will betaken soon.
