*************DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!**************** I went through it on Sunday afternoon. I recently just had all my breaks... replaced and 4 brand new tires less than 6 weeks ago. I had no problems, until I pulled out of the car wash. I immediatelynoticed a grinding sound coming from my front drivers side wheel. It sounds like metal on metal. I drove home as it was over 100degrees outside and I had my young children in the car. I got home and looked at my car, noticed 2 huge gouges in my hubcap aswell as the metal scraping metal sound every time I hit my breaks. I called up to the store about 15-20 later. I was told by anemployee that I needed to call back the next morning. I was unable to call Monday as I was extremely busy at work. So I calledfirst thing this morning on my break to speak to the manager and file a complaint. I was then told that I called the wrong storeon Sunday (I called the store across the street, and spoke a a Sammie and she said to call back Monday morning and speak to herstore manager Sam) and that they would have handled it differently. In the next breath the manager Nikki then told me because Iwaited over 24 hours to call back there was nothing she could do. She said she would have had me come back up there to file anincident report. I explained that my car is no longer drivable and I will be having to get it towed to a mechanic just for themto look at it. She then proceeded to tell me that it couldn?t have been the car wash they ruined my car. I again explained thatthere was no issues to my car prior to me entering the car wash. And after all of that, my car wasn?t even clean! I wasted 13.00on a car wash that didn?t even clean my car and is now going to end up costing me a couple of hundred of dollars in repairs/towfees. STOP! DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!! IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!...I took my brand new car to this wash a few weeks ago and it... broke the driver side mirror and also scratched and dented that door very badly. The owner of the wash would not acceptresponsibility for the scratches or dent even though I made the claim immediately after and took pictures. The damage quote wasa $1500 and he refuses to file the claim as he was at fault since it his equipment. Sketchy business. Stay away for your car?ssafety!!!! Read more
Horrible business! There carwash did $1400 worth of damage to the paint and back window of my car due to them not maintaining... their car wash. I immediately filled out a claim within 10 minutes of it happening. Employee took pictures of damage. I alsofiled a claim with my insurance company and this business refuse to respond to them after multiple attempts to contact them. Whydo you refuse to respond to my claim? Read more
In the past few weeks the store has a new manager. Its not a change for the good so far. They made several personal changes... getting rid of or forcing out some of the better employees. Their are a few left with some customer service skills. Lotterytickets are not stocked on a regular basis. If you are a player and you have a ticket you like dont count on it being there.Ticket stock is not checked on a daily basis. More like every 4 to 5 days. At shift change they refuse to sell tickets it makesno sense other than the manager is to lazy to account for the bounce After 9 years of going to this store, in the last monthcannot count the number of time the foutain bibs need to be changed or they are out of coffee in the a.m.. It means going pastwork and coming back, but going to the holiday up the street is becoming the most appealing plan. Go here if you want to bedisappointed. Read more
