Just ordered a sausage mcmuffin and hash brown in tge drive thru. I was asked to pull ahead, park and have it brought out to me.... When it had been 10 mins from the time I ordered and 6 other cars went through the drive thru after me, I went inside with myreceipt to get my order. Already annoyed, I see another lady standing at the counter with a bag. She told me they gave her thecompletely wrong order. Not one employee was at the front counter. We both stand there for a few minutes until I say loudly"hello! Is anyone working here?!?!" The lady (the manager I beleive) finally came out of the back, dancing and singing to themusic playing. Very unprofessional. I tell her that I'm still waiting for my drive thru order and the other lady tells her shehas an entirely wrong order. She takes my receipt, shouts to the kitchen that she needs a sausage mcmuffin, and then hands me myorder within a minute, which means it was ready l, just not being filled. No apology at all! Complete and total incompetence. Iwon't be back to this location. Read more
