I?d give zero stars if I could. How hard is it to make a coffee? Waited at the window for 15 minutes for them to ask me two... separate times what I was waiting for when all I ordered was a coffee. It?s real messed up how when their hot chocolate is running low they just mix it with french vanilla coffee. This has been a... regular thing they do for about a year now and it?s nasty. They probably don?t account for the adults who still like hotchocolate and can tell the difference but I can never get the morning beverage i prefer because half of the cup is frenchvanilla coffee. I like the breakfast food but what I don't like is the fact they will not let you eat inside. The door is locked. You can't go... in a pick out the type of donuts or take a break. Several of us are working near and would visit more if they would just letyou eat in. Read more
I order cup of coffee, the girl hand it to me in drive through, the led was lose and half of the hot coffee spelled on my hand... ,leg and the car seat too. I had a burn feeling for 4 hrs . This is a solid Dunkin with people that provide good service and good food and coffee. My only issue is everytime I've gone to... this store they were out of something I wanted whether it be bacon, a type of donut, hash browns, or a flavor of cream cheese.So all in all a good place, just need to work on running out of stuff.
