Very rustic german food, that doesn't shy away from the heartier meal options. There are also freshly made bread and deserts.... They're german chocolate cake is an excellent example. The restaurant also has a lot of rich history, which the staff iswell-versed. Read more

My family went there last night and it was wonderful. It wasn't the first time we went, but they were short staffed and the... owner stepped in to wait tables. Super outgoing, friendly guy. We all enjoyed our food (don't pass up on the carrots and thecoleslaw) and ordered dessert. He makes them in-house and the Bavarian Cream was delicious without being too sweet, as so manydesserts are these days. Very comfortable place to sit down and have a nice supper. Read more
