Ordered my food, bacon whopper no veg (with the mayo and ketchup) and a bbq bacon chicken sandwich, no lettuce, but the other... veg ok. Watched them not put bacon on the whopper. When I asked if there was bacon on the whopper when they handed me the bag,they said "yep". Got to the car, NO Bacon.... went back in so they could get it fixed. They were rude and argumentative. Should have checked my chicken sandwich, too, as it was also wrong... missing all the veg. Sigh. I used to get good burgershere, but no more. Also, advised a guy to check his order on my way out since mine was wrong from the start and the managerthreatened to kick me out of the store. No need, we won't ever be back. With the new fast food establishments coming to town,this BK can finally have no customers to keep it open. Maybe then we could get a quality establishment in its place finally. Read more
Lobby is still closed, I sat in the drive through with no one else before or behind me for 15 minutes waiting to pickup an... order. When they finally talked to me at the drive through they told me to keep waiting. I pulled around to the window and themanager yelled at me for being impatient and that they only had 3 employees working (maybe try hiring more people and actuallypaying them what they're worth). I cancelled the order and left. Reading reviews from others it seems the manager for thislocation is unhinged and contemptuous towards customers. Don't assume your food is safe from here. Read more
Watched 2 people just leavw the drive through because no one responded on intercom. Took 12 minutes for someone to say something... when we pulled up to it. Save yourself the time and go a block up to mcdonalds or a block back to taco bell. Read more
I've sat in line here probably 10 times to be told they are sold out of impossible burgers. I only eat here when I'm working... late and can't cook for myself and it's disappointing this place doesn't stock enough of the only item I can eat here. Placeneeds new management bad. This manager is obviously unaware that the item is constantly out of stock, probably runs their salesreport according to the sales they aren't getting because it's always out of stock, and then proceeds to not order enough fordemand. If you are frequently running out of an item for an entire year straight you would think you'd try to correct thatsomehow. If you see that you're selling out of them every single month compensate! Clean and quiet. This restaurant has been empty both times we went. The first time, the actual restaurant was open and they... have a Coke Freestyle machine which we always enjoy. The second time, the dining room was closed due to understaffing. We weredisappointed and ended up making an online order from the parking lot then going through the drive through. Staff has alwaysbeen friendly and our orders were correct, hot and fresh both times. Read more
