Phoned in an order. When we arrived there was a line of about 15 people. We asked them all if they had ordered yet. None had... so we went in to pickup our order and were told we would have to wait in line like everyone else. They did have a small signstating that unless you paid over the phone you had to wait in line but that option was not offered to us when we ordered. Soour order was sitting on the counter (my "hot pastrami" getting cold!) while people ordered, got their order and left while wewaited in line for an order that was phoned in and prepared well before any of the people in line had even gotten there!! Walked in and had a hard time deciding. Menu isn't overwhelming, everything just sounded great! Chose the Annie on the ranch... their special and I knew I made the right choice.
