Food - 5star - food is amazing.. didn’t like the egg Biriyani so much. Everything else was awesome. Service - 2 star - We... went late at night, around 10:30pm, the restaurant was kinda empty. They still took about 35 mins to get our food. There was atable where the ladies came way after we did and they got their food first. The waiter was constantly serving them and askingthem if they needed anything. We were at the table right next to them but the waiter never came to us by himself to even ask forwater or take the order or even looked at us!! We had to constantly keep calling him which was irritating. I wish the servicewas better here.. it would’ve made the whole experience way better for us. Read more
It’s been couple of times here for my break fast. Every time the food was cold and very hard to eat. And I requested to take... an order for Dosa and Poori as part of my break fast , the guy told me that he’s going to take an order at my table. I waitedmore time then realized that guy forgot about me even I was walking around. I felt very bad that I thought to have a break fast, it’s very bad and not even eatable and no one is responsible and treating a customer in a way. Ambience - The ambience isclean, sanitized, spacious and well organized. Food - very bad cold food and hard ones. This one star is for Fresh Poori whichwe got onto my table on time. The Price is also too high compare to other restaurants for breakfast buffet but quality of foodand service is not even matchable to other. Food is really good. All credits to chef. Coming to customer service, I would give zero rating. Nobody comes to table after... taking the order. Even to get check and to go box you need to wait for min 10 minutes after informing them separately. Chef - 5?? Service - 0 ?? Read more
Where do I begin? Well we came in and were seated instantly. Awesome 15 minutes passed so we decided maybe they were... understaffed. Put a to go order in and sat at the bar. 2 hours passed before they decided to bring out the food after Icomplained multiple times. I asked to speak to a manager several times but they kept saying they were too busy. Luckily I wasrefunded the money for the food. There were other people in there longer than me who weren’t served. There were also peoplewho came in, ate, then left before I even started to get irritated. The reviews are real. They weren’t understaffed, they’rejust not organized at all. To not be able to speak to anyone about my experience other than the staff I’ve already complainedto is unacceptable. It literally looked like a bunch of college students running around without any direction. I will absolutelynot recommend this place to anyone. The owner needs to figure this out immediately or the place won’t last. I’ve only everleft real reviews for people who enjoy food and good customer service. Can’t wait to see if this gets a reply!
