It used to be good but there customer service has changed, when you make a mistake on an order it needs to be corrected... especially when I?m paying 7$ for a drink. You?ve lost me as a customer and hopefully others will follow. Read more
Great service, nice staff, tastes very good, oat milk tastes different than in Germany, but not bad at all, very delicious.
As a regular customer of SB but I?m sorry to say Coquitlam staff was not listening to our request. As I ordered lemonade... beverage with less ice instructions but see they not follow the Covent instructions even I asked to the lady then she denied andsaid it is less ice cup. Tell me is it worth to get 6$ for only ice. Read more

Staff are friendly, food and drinks are good, and the place is always clean. 3 stars because as of about a week ago they... seemingly just disabled all mobile orders, which is a huge inconvenience. It's not just when they're busy, which would beunderstandable. Last 2 times I went in it was disabled and the whole place was empty, as was the drive through. I get it whenit's a smaller location, but I've seen much smaller and busier locations who never turn theirs off.
