Amazing experience. I highly recommend Salumeria 104 if you’re looking for genuine Italian. I’ve dined here a few times and... each time the food, service and ambiance was excellent. The restaurant is right on miracle mile, you can dine outside or inwhere it’s very charming and cozy. They offer a variety of items on the menu, including a good selection of wines. All of thepasta is house-made and exceptional. As starters, we’ve had the trio of prosciutto, mortadella and pecorino tartufo. Theprosciutto servings were delicious and generous, the truffle pecorino was incredibly good. From the pastas, I highly recommendthe house-made taglioni Neri with wild shrimp, it is just unbelievably delicious and outstanding. For dessert the tiramisu wasone of the best I’ve had and one portion can easily be shared by two. Read more
