That former review is clearly old! I have had the pleasure of dining at Parkland Chef's home venue, Via Mizner, after attending... several events that they catered. The presentation is stunning, the wait staff very friendly and professional, and the foodexquisite. The chef has apparently won all sorts of awards, and it's easy to see why. I cannot say enough good things aboutParkland. In fact, I will certainly use them whenever I have to cater an event. Read more
