If there was 0 stars that's I would give. I have never had such a bad experience at Pollo Tropical as I did last night. Number 1... they weren't even busy, inside or in the drive thru. That should have been my first clue, chicken was burnt and dry, rice was sohard and the food wasn't even hot. Too bad I didn't open it until I got home, otherwise I would have displayed it on theircounter for them to see. Worst experience in a fast food place . Person who took my order was a older bald man with tattoos , one of them was a Jamaica... tattoo on his hand and a rainbow watch. Order the 2 piece skinless postless chicken breast with 2 sides. I have asked to have the plantains as a side and I wasn't told... you have to pay additional because it is not aside by yet there are menu clearly shows that it is a side order. Okay i like pollo. I order it almost 2-3 times a week but this is the second time I got really really undercooked chicken in my... topichop bowl and it just ruins the entire meal, checking each chicken piece if it?s cooked or not!
