I live close by and have visited this Taco Bell a dozen times in the last year. Every visit I have gotten an attitude. Maybe its... because I say things like "Hello, Please, and Thank You". I can only assume the staff here are offended by those words. Besidesgetting the usual angry attitude from drive thru person half of my order was missing. I will not return to this store. The last 2 times I was there this lady Nicole was extremely rude and nasty to me and my mother. Absolutely disgusting. What kind... of business is this?! I got screamed at by a lady who is apparently a manager. I did a mobile order and she started screaming because it didn?t show... up on her side. I drove up to order at the window and she spazzed on me there and refused and told everyone else working to notlet me order. She also spazzed at the driver in front of me. 11/5/22 around 5pm. Been here 4 times, 3 of them thru mobile pickup. I place the order in 30ish minutes before pickup every time. I get the... notification it's ready and head over. It's never ready. And the employees avoid eye contact. Spent an extra 15 minutes thereevery time for something that was "ready" 3 times in a row without fail. Read more

The staff and management if this store are not bad they are TERRIBLE. The manager that I had the displeasure of dealing with... unbelievably rude and unaccommodating. I didn't have my wallet with me so I only had cash in my pocket and this woman refused mybusiness because according to her both registers at the front were not working so according to her she could only take cash atthe drive thru. I did not have a car with me because I was waiting on my wife and daughter to pick me up. I ask the "manager" ifshe could just process my order through the drive thru register which was working to which she replied "I'm not going to hold upthe driver thru for you. If you want to pay cash you have to go through the drive thru". Other customers that were there andheard her just shook their head in disbelief. Bottom line is that as a manager her job is resolve minor issues like this andshe clearly is not a very intelligent person with terrible manners and does not belong dealing with customers or anything thatrequires critical thinking. It's really pathetic that someone has to bring something like this to light. The owner hopefullyreads this and does something about because these workers are going to drive that business in to the ground with their attitudeand behavior. Both times that I have been there in the past year were extremely bad experiences from them not allowing anyone todine in but it was ok for one of their daughters to be in the dining room (but no paying customer was allowed), to the managerbeing a nasty idiot to me, why would anyone want to frequent this place? To the workers that laughed at me while the manager wasrude to me and didn't allow me to pay in cash y'all are laughing but u can't get a better job than working at taco bell and eventhere ur bad at your job...that's funny and sad at the same time.
