Ordered 2 orders of the DOS megajuana tacos and a nachos. Spent about $50 and all 3 orders had mistakes. No extra cheese, meat... was not doubled, ordered hot sauce with all 3 and none was delivered etc.... will not be ordering again. Read more

I just wanted to take the time out to shout out the server STEVEN who was there ! I have been to Tijuana Flats about 1,000x and... have never had such a marvelous experience as this. He was attentive , funny and going above and beyond when he already wasdoing a spectacular job. My order was made with onions (& I did not want them) and he caught it and remade the whole orderwithout me having to ask! There really is so much more but I don?t have the character space or time to write it all down . Hesingle handedly reignited my joy for eating out and dealing with servers lol ???? I truly , truly enjoyed watching him give hisall to each customer to ensuring they were well taken care. The food was delicious. Good proportion burrito, I didn?t feel overly full or stuffed which was nice. The flavor profile was... fun, I had their special chicken chimichanga burrito. Sauce bar was really unique, bunch of different flavors and heat levelsto choose from, something for everyone. The staff was incredibly friendly, the cashier woman was very kind and the manager wasalert and checked in on me during my meal. Will come back for the service level alone. Nice to see some smiles.
