Wow? this place is unacceptable. The staff is professional and courteous but this is absolutely hideous for the employees and... customers to be in. This place needs to shut down and receive a full makeover. This is awful ???? Read more
We arrived and walked in to a sewer smell. How ever we were seated quickly but notice another customer was sitting at a table... with mop buckets around them during their dining experience. Several waiters but we were never addressed and the smell was justto much! We then chose to leave. Read more
Seat of my bench was not connected to the base. It was like sitting on an old rickety rocking chair. But the service was... great, fast and pleasant. I was delighted to get a special request for my coffee served as I like it. The food was hot andfast. The French Toast was just as I love it, crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. When I came into the Ihop, I was given a dirty look and told to sit and they pointed to a row of chairs. When I was taken to my... table, the table was dirty and I asked for them to wipe it off, but no one did. The seat was tore up and the food was awful.
