They do a great job on the orders. The food is good. And the people are friendly
Only 2 cars were in front of me at the drive through with no diners inside. Took me over 20min to get through. Two ppl were... "working" the cash register and just chatting the day away as it seemed one person prepped food. I ordered two burritos and sixpack and pound. For how long the wait was I should've had the exact right order, nope. Forgot a burrito! Had to sit there anddelay other customers while they fixed it. This was a good place when it first opened, now it seems like I never get the rightfood and the workers don't care. I've had a cruddy experience the past few times I've gone, each time hoping it would get betterbc I do love the oles. This was over the top though and i finally decided to review. On October 1st 2022 there was a worker named Bridgitt working and she had the most stank attitude. Idk if she was having a bad... day, but that?s not our problem. At the ordering sign we were only there for 10 seconds before she started rushing us to placeour order. When we got to the window and asked her to repeat the order she had a terrible attitude and still got the orderwrong... When we gave her our card she snatched it out of our hands and it took her 3 minutes to do the transaction. Read more
We first tried Taco John's years ago, stopping at their location in Coralville near the U of I campus. So happy to find this new... location to visit when we're in the area. Drive-thru was efficient. Customer service was friendly. Carry-out food was exactlyas ordered. We appreciate that we're not charged extra for our tacos made with beans instead of beef. And each taco hadgenerous amounts of beans and cheese, topped with lettuce. We will be back! Read more
