I have tried to order ice cream from this place multiple times in the last few months. Almost every other time, they have ruined... my order. Either the cashier making the ice cream doesn't fully listen, or they are out of basic staples like caramel or peanutbutter cups. I get it's an ice cream place, but this is getting to be pathetic. In the last year or two, this location really improved. Everything was cooked very well, the menu added interesting specials. I... would appreciate bigger quesadilla portions, but that's quibbling (not to be confused with "fribbling" which is recommendedhere). Their hot fudge is addictive, the best in the game. Great service, great food. Really good with my food allergies. The manager and waitress were very sweet and accommodating.
The food was tasty, the service was good but a so called customer came in and was being annoying to a group of customers at a... table asking personal questions and making comments. The staff moved him but he just began talking out, so they finally got himout with a bit of difficulty and called the police. The manager apologized to us for the disturbance and we communicated that itwas alright. Read more

The staff is the best part of Friendly's. The inside hasn't been updated or even changed in decades. The new food items on the... menu are a welcome addition so there's that, and of course the ice cream is Devine, that goes without question.
