Extremely rude and lazy delivery service. I ordered my food and it took over an hour and 20 minutes to receive my order. Then... when it arrives I had to wait for the driver to finish the private part of her conversation on her phone for her to casuallywalk up the steps and continue her conversation. The food was cold gross and late. I tried to call and complain but got nothingin return but more rudeness. Read more
I placed an order on the app. They waited until my husband was halfway there to call and say they were out of gluten free flour.... I used a coupon so they couldn?t refund only one pizza. My only option was to order a second pizza with regular crust or cancelthe entire order. If I needed two regular pizzas, that?s what I would have ordered. Don't bother ordering extra toppings every time they will just put like one pepper on each slice of pizza. I supposedly used my... coupon to buy a pizza that was supposed to be free. But since I know that they're skimpy on the toppings I did order extrapeppers and got charged somehow still paid full price for a pizza that was severely undercooked and could not be eaten and hadto be thrown away. I was fully prepared to pay for the extra toppings though. When I called there was only one person workingthere who was overworked and basically said that this happened sometimes and that he call his manager who apparently was notthere. Pizza and wings were absolutely terrible. Crust was not cooked properly, cheese tasted old, toppings were of poor quality, and... chicken wings were soggy. Not to mention, the people and delivery drivers who work there are rude. There are so many betterpizza delivery places in the Moon/Coraopolis/Sewickley area.
