Staff are so lazy, we've waited 15min for a milkshake, by this time I had the chance to observe the kitchen staff while they... were "preparing" the fries or mostly walking around the kitchen. Two different guys were putting the fries in the smallcartoons without gloves. One of them was spilling some on the floor, he took them off the floor and threw them in the trash, butthen he just continued filling more fries without even washing his hands. This is one of the worst mc Donald's there is have worked and managed fast food places before so I understand mistakes happen... but everytime. It's everytime we go to this place something is either wrong with the order or they don't listen and ring it upwrong and for get about getting the mobile orders right . I mean basic register function is one of the first things the fromline or drive thru people need to know. If you are in a hurry don't go here . This is always the worst McDonald?s around. Not sure why pilot left this horrible store in this location through the remodel.... Absolutely horrible customer service no matter what time of day I am here. I would honestly eat anywhere else and every once anda while I decided oh let?s try this horrible place again and give them another shot!
