First time going inside the building with my parents and the first thing we noticed was the disgusting mess all over. Trash amd... food all over the floors in the lobby, dining ans back kitchen area. No one up front. We waited over 5 mins before a dirty,nasty, looking kid came up to rudly tell us to order at the screen behind us. We just left. I use to work here as well as other fast food places, so I understand it can be tough sometimes, but atleast make sure all the... items are in the bag, I don't mind waiting an extra 20 seconds for them to check and place any missing items in the bag. Lastnight I got off work and it was around midnight or so and I got most of my order, but I asked for extra mild sauce and I didn'tget any, then I came back around and got the mild sauce so I was content, but after I got home I later realized I never got mycinnamon twists either! Every fastfood place I go to always be forgetting items in the bag, almost notoriously known for that,but seriously I know they're trying to be fast, but I believe in quality over quantity, if you need to take an extra 30 secondsto a min. to check the food I don't mind waiting, especially if there are times when you have to wait like 30 min. in line toget your food ???? 10pm and we Ordered $30 worth of food. The only thing that was decent was the nacho bell grande. The taco party pack was cold... and the tacos were so thinly filled it was almost all shell. Didn?t get the bean burrito so we turned around and went inside andwaited for that. It came out extremely thin and almost all tortilla. No extra red sauce. Same for the Crunchwrap. Just thin andsad. Got bean burritos 9/30/22 throught the drive through. I get the same thing all the time. Past few weeks, they've been so... inconsistent. Sometimes, what you pay for. Sometimes, complete garbage.
