I always enjoy the service when I come to this location. As for the food- it's a Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee is weak but still... tastes like coffee, and all the food tastes like you air fried a Jimmy Dean sandwich instead of microwaving it. Read more
I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership or staffing turnover or something else lately, but the last several times... we've gone in the afternoons for coffee it's been really disappointing. We've been going here multiple times a week for years,and it's typically been consistent and the staff works hard, but suddenly the coffee has been old and doesn't taste nearly asgood and fresh as it has. This past weekend all three of our iced coffees (different types) were undrinkable and a waste ofmoney. Hopefully this is a short term problem and not an indicator of a new experience, but we're going to take a few weeks off. Read more

It was about 1pm and they were sold out of chocolate Boston cream filled, and blueberry and coffee cake muffins (my 3 choices)... and pink sprinkled donuts or any sprinkled donuts to take as a treat for my grandkids. There was no line and it took way toolong to get my 1 powder donut and med 1 cream/1 sugar ice coffee. I live a overat Old Statesville Rd&Sam Furr road so I madean out of the way trip to go home without what I came for. Now for the rest of the story. I was raised in the restaurantbusiness and spent 50+ of my 70yrs in upper mngt/spvr/owner capacity. I received no greeting/apologies/thankyou, nothing. How dopeople take their customers for granted and expect to keep good employees and expect to keep their doors open if they operatetheir business like this. There are so many places forced to closed their doors the last 3 yrs. WAKE UP AND BE THANKFUL FOR WHATYOU HAVE AND EXPRESS THAT GRATITUDE. Read more
