I'm very upset with my visit today. I would like someone to contact me. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, an... apple spice Frappuccino with Java chips, & strawberry overnight grains. when I got there to pick it up I was told the cinnamonraisin bagels were out. I definitely understood that & was more than happy to take an everything bagel instead. when I got mystuff & left, I open the bag to find that I was not given cream cheese, it was Avocado spread. & after my first few sips of mydrink I could tell there were no Java chips in it either. I tried contacting the store but had no luck. these are things I'mpaying for and not receiving. it's not okay to not give me what I'm paying for, especially when adding things like Java chips isan extra charge. Don't go here if you want a drink in a timely manner. I went on a Sunday evening with very few customers inside and a very short... drive-thru line, but still waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff. My order was incorrect I specifically askedfor no foam on my latte, however I took it anyway because it took so long to take my order the first time. Prior to leaving Itried to get a glass of water, waited over 5 minutes with multiple staff members seeing me at the counter and never acknowledgedme. Read more
Each Starbucks has its own individual atmosphere. I don't know whether it's determined by staff or the city it's in or what. But... this is my second favorite Starbucks. Ever. People really nice. Great product. Very convenient. Read more
Make sure when you come here, you choose a nice sunny day so you will get sunburned while waiting 35 minutes in the... drivethrough. Also make sure you actually have enough gas to last 35 minutes. Get some good country tunes playing while you wait35 minutes. If you bring your significant other, you'll have enough time breakup and get back together while you wait 35 minutesfor your wife's tea. Don't forget to drop off your 10 month old at his mimi's house thinking you'll have time to get anythingelse done only to have to go pick him up when you finally get your drink after waiting 35 minutes. Closed again today! Closed during regular business hours frequently. Posting this review to help not waste other travelers time.... I have gone out of my way for the last time getting on and off highway 77 for this location to be closed during their normalbusiness hours. When they are open, the rudeness is ridiculous and it?s a bit insulting to nudge a tip jar in my direction orpick it up and move it around while dealing with me at the window. Especially when the order is always incorrect. It must besome sort of entertainment for this location to play these games with their patrons. This location definitely needs newmanagement. Would give zero stars if possible. Look at the other similar issues with reviewers. If you are traveling, or don?tmind hopping out, there is a Starbucks in Harris Teeter in Davidson and guess what? They are open and serving great coffeeduring business hours. Read more
