The staff here is continually terrible. You can stand there for 10 minutes before anyone will even acknowledge you are standing... there. I was standing in a fairly packed store in Cornelius, there are several people ahead of me, okay no problem, nobody wants to... cook tonight. The cashier proceeds 2 let the last 2 people through the door jump to the head of the line. I have worked in therestaurant industry, this is the worst kind of customer service. Just shy of buying your own frozen pizza and wings. The M&M desert is overpriced and nothing special. Domino?s definitely has it... above Caesar's. We usually get Winco pizza but they were closed today. Much better there. Read more
We placed three separate orders for several different items. Two of the three orders were incorrect. Manager at the time was not... helpful. It was very busy at the time. But the solution to the problem took over 45 minutes. This could have been handled mucheasier, and quickly. I don't like leaving reviews that are bad. But it is what happened.
