Normally I love Marcos Pizza, I have never had an issue. Tonight I confirmed my toppings 3x my pizza was incorrect. When I... called they put me on hold, when the manager came explained it was my problem because I wasn?t clear and stated waitress told methere was bell peppers. The manager was automatically on the defensive wouldn?t let me tell him what happened. We bickered backin forth. Sad part I was willing to take pizza back for a remake (25 min drive) but he said I was hostile, I told him yes I amvery agitated you said it?s my problem and your waitress lied. Gave my number for the owner to call me, he said it could take amonth. I will take this down when the owner calls me. I?m very disappointed in the service tonight. Read more
