So sad. Are there any friendly's restaurants anymore that are any good? I can see why so many have clothes in my area as the... quality consistently has declined for many years. I had hoped this one in the mall would be different. I ordered the grilledcheese tomato soup combo the grilled cheese had barely any butter on it or toast marks very disappointing and the tomato bisquesoup although tasty was at best lukewarm on top yet pretty scalding on the bottom. This Friendly's is busy, even when the mall is relatively empty and we've always been satisfied with our meals. The servers... are friendly (no pun intended), the food is good, and the price is right. We get salads, wraps, and breakfasts and have neverhad a problem and the portions are more than enough. Customers range from the very young to the very old, singles, couples andfamilies. The managers are always checking in to see if we're ok, and we are. We arrived 4.30pm July 7 2019 and ordered ice cream sunday and milk shake. We waited about 15minutes. We heard laughing and... big crashing sound behind in the kitchen.
