Pizza's fine by Pizza Hut standards, but the curbside experience has always been terrible. There are no parking spots marked for... curbside; I've been here four times attempting to use curbside, each time I had to wait 10 minutes after the mobile app said myorder was ready, give up on curbside, and walk in to pick up the order myself. One time my order still was not ready and I hadto wait longer inside. Another time the employee didn't even know that I had already paid through the app. Because I hadpre-ordered through the mobile app expecting curbside, rather than walking in to pick up by myself, I also pre-paid a tip inexpectation of actually getting curbside service. If I knew ahead of time that the service would always be this bad, I would nothave bothered tipping. Read more

I could?ve given this place a 2 stars but 3 stars I think it?s enough for anyone to think about before ordering their food from... this place. We did a carry out order via the app and all smooth app said be ready in 12 min then we get to this place to pick upand pizza was ready. Problem was that when we open it we didn?t feel any heat. Plus it was a double pepperoni and we literallysaw about 6 pepperonis in the pizza. We didn?t want to touch the pizza at all but we?ve ordered pizza on weekly basis and knewthat pizza been sitting around longer than 12 min. We brought it up to the guy that brought it to us and he said that they couldmake another one but it will be more than 20 min wait due to happy hour just started. What ?! Mind boggling. We stood there andlook at this guy like he didn?t just tried to give us a pizza that been sitting there cold and expect our kids to eat it. Thingis that wasn?t the only problems we also been having since the past there?s always something w this place. We actually wanted togive them a chance and the benefit of the doubt too many times. Manager nonchalantly offered us credit. We decided not to orderfrom this place ever again. Mistakes happens but after more than few time happens to the same customer a business shouldrecognize that they have failed that customer. I can assure you that we probably ain?t the only one. I ordered on 5/14 2 large pizza's. They are not very generous with the extra toppings. I paid an additional $10+ for extra... toppings and they barely add any of them. It's extremely frustrating because this is not the first time it's happened. Read more
