I come here often. The food and drinks are amazing. Fast service. I usually do a pick up or to go. The staff seems to talk about... their customers in front of them, not thinking they can be heard, very unprofessional. At least have the courtesy and manners togo in the back. It makes me wonder if that is how the manager is and the reason for that behavior is tolerated. Read more

We went today for a caramel latte and to try the new Pistachio blended drink. Both drinks tasted horrible and we didn?t like the... flavor. We asked for a refund, the cashier called the manager/owner to ask directions on how to refund our order. The manager?Denise? was on speaker phone and said ?just give them a refund to get rid of them? while in front of us and the other customersin line. Very unprofessional in my opinion. This will be the last time we get coffee here. Prices have gotten higher as well;$13 for two drinks. This was our favorite coffee spot but it?s slowly changed. Read more
