The Drive-through couldn?t get my order correct after I waited in their line for 10 minutes. A supervisor or manager took over... and she corrected my order last Sunday. Pescatarian here ???????? I ordered a Jr. cheeseburger deluxe with no meat. TheDrive-through said ok and we don?t have tomatoes. I didn?t want to pay full price for a cheeseburger deluxe that only came withlettuce & a bun. I was told I can add guacamole at an additional cost ???? So, I asked if they would substitute the missingtomato & meat patty for guacamole with NO additional charge since I'm paying full price for the burger. The manager accommodatedme happily but whenq I drove away I saw there was no cheese on my cheeseburger deluxe, the fries were cold hard greasy, and thefinal reason for me to have to park and go inside to get the order correct. The manager corrected everything ???????? thank you.It took at least 30 minutes to get my jr no meat burger and small fry with water?..which they forgot to give me & I had to askfor it again. The staff is ok. My order was somehow lost but the manager made it right. The goof around a lot which wouldn't be an issue if... they could get orders right and out correctly. Then the manager was in the restroom in the only working stall just on a personalcall. The other stall was backed up and wouldn't event flush. This location definitely needs some discipline.
