I held a family event at Bottomless Pit BBQ that I was coordinating from out of state. The entire staff, from owner, manager... and the person serving, were phenomenal. The space was perfect for our family get together, the food was good and how everyonewent above and beyond to help was amazing. We got the Big boy and a loaded potato w/ puller pork. The potato was the size of a personal Watermelon. The meat is tender,... moist and flavorful. So good you almost dont want to put anything on it, keyword almost. The house made bbq sauce is a good mixof tangy and hint of sweet we asked for seconds. Be prepare to take home a doggie bag. Though its a little more expensive itsquantity and quality that give you bang for your buck. The decor isnt much but worth the drive and construction. They havequickly found a loyal customer. Smelled great when walking in. Got the 3 meat plate w/sweet tea $18 and change. Brisket seemed like it was cooked in the oven... and was a few days old.
